We need 2 people to take over our tenancy starting on the 3rd of September:
This 2 bedroom student flat is not shy of space! It features a large living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms one double and one single. The property includes a balcony, double glazing and gas central heating. The flat is in a great location, with it being an ideal location for Nottingham University Park Campus and Jubilee Campus.
Tenancy length is 51 weeks.
Deposit amount is £350pp.
Start date is 3th September 2025.
