Royal Park Flats All-Female Postgraduate Flat

Hey,
I’m looking for a female university of Leeds postgrad student to take my place in an all-girls postgraduate flat in Royal Park Flats (Uni of Leeds accommodation).
Info:
- £127 per week with all bills included with premium gym membership at The Edge, University of Leeds
- 51 week contract (13th September 2025- 4th September 2026)
- Postgraduate female flatmate required
- Shared bathrooms
- 10-15 min walk to Uni of Leeds
- Location: Royal Park Flats, Royal Park Road, Leeds, LS6 1JJ
