Take over available- Attenborough House (Beeston)

Hi everyone! I need to move out of Nottingnam in the next few month so I'm looking for someone to take over my en suite double room tennacy at Attenborough House, Beeston.

Contract details:
Start date: 28th September 2025 (will consider later start date if required, e.g. January for spring semester)
End date: 12th September 2026
£674 per calendar month (all bills included)

Property details:
Fully furnished en suite double room, with modern decor
Great location in Beeston, walking distance to local amenities, Tesco, Lidl, and just opposite of Sainsbury's.
Off street parking available
Fully equipped communal kitchens (there's two) and spacious communal living room
