Spring Semester Study Abroad Student Tenancy Takeover

Hi,

I am looking for someone preferably another study abroad student to takeover the rest of my tenancy at Student Lodge- URB 6 commencing from the Spring Semester to the 15/08/2026( I will send more details on the dates as I have to sit my January exams before I go abroad).

The Room type is an Executive Studio, with a kitchen and bathroom included inside, the room is situated on the second floor. The cost of the accommodation is 149.00 per week .

Student Lodge URB6 is placed conveniently next to ALDI and is a 21 minute walk to Jubilee Campus. There is free transportation via hopper bus from Jubilee to University Park.

Contact me for more details, which I can provide over the course of the first semester as I will need to know the key dates for my exchange.
