Spare room available in Beeston House
Hi!! We’re a group of 3 girls studying at the University of Nottingham. We’re very friendly and love spending time together from doing colouring, movie and game nights to going out and about in town for coffee and clubbing. We’ve recently had our friend drop out so we’re looking for someone to fill the spot! The room is quite spacious with a double bed, desk, storage unit and clothes rail. There’s two bathrooms in the house, one upstairs and one downstairs. The room we’re advertising is downstairs so there’s easy access to everything. There’s tram links close by and it’s in the middle of Beeston town so food shopping is easy too!! The house also has a shared living room which comes with a tv, kitchen, storage room downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The photos provided are from previous residents who have no moved out for us to move in come September.
