Looking for a new tenant to join a friendly 5 bed uni house in Lenton, Nottingham
The house - Teversal Avenue, Lenton, NG7 1PY
- End of terrace
- 5 Bedrooms - double beds
- 2 bathrooms
- Shared living room
- Fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge,freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Housemates - You’ll be living with 1 other guy and 3 girls, all friendly, respectful and social 2nd year students – which I met at sports clubs at UoN. Great, lovely people, and sadly change of circumstances mean that I won’t be joining them for year 2.

Rent is £135.00 per person per week including utility bills (gas, electricity, water, internet & TV licence)
WILL PAY YOUR £350 DEPOSIT FOR YOU. I'm not expecting this back, so this can be yours at the end of the contract. Plus will pay first 3 weeks of September to get you started.

Available from - 1st September 2025 – 2nd August 2026, a 48 week contract

Can put you in contact with the others in the house, if you'd like to have a chat with them about rooms and any other details.
