Need 1 more for a 4 bed house
Hi, we are currently 3 and we have one room open, so are looking for a 4th to join us in a house on lenton boulevard, NG7.
The tenancy starts on the 14th August and is 52 weeks.
The house is £95 pppw excl bills (which would be ~20-25/w)
It's fairly simple but it's spacious and cheap there is a garden as well iirc but I don't have photos of that currently.
There's currently 3 of us, all lads, we are clean, easy to get on with and are open to anyone who needs a place, so please DM me and let me know if you're interested.
