REPLACEMENT TENNANT NEEDED- URGENT- The refinery Leeds

Hi all :)
Due to mental health reasons and financial reasons I need to give up my room at the refinery, but due to my tenancy agreement I need to find a replacement for my room.

This is room E flat 20. This accommodation is close to all universities in Leeds.

The room includes a bed, a desk, an en suite bathroom, and an allotment of plugs for electronic devices as well as a lot of storage space. You will share a kitchen with your flat mates which includes an oven, a cupboard for your own food and utensils and a shared microwave.

Within the building there is a shared study space, a laundry room, a roof terrace, as well as a coffee machine and vending machines. Over all a very nice building.

Bills are included, payments are done in semester allotments, first one being £1,440
