REPLACEMENT TENANT NEEDED- White Rose View, Uni of Leeds Accom

Hi all 😊,
I'm looking for a returning Uni of Leeds Student to take over my tenancy at White Rose View Block A, (all girls flat) for the 2025-26 Academic year.

📍Location: LS2 8PT, Right near the city centre, 10 min walk to Uni of Leeds, super close to shops/pubs/restaurants/transport links...
🛏️ Room: 901, Ensuite, Double Bed, All girls flat,
🏙️ Why White Rose? Beautiful building with New and Modern interior, All bills included,
High speed wifi !!!, 🎮 Video game and 📽️ Cinema room on premises, So much communal lounge/study space outside of flat, EDGE PREMIUM SPORTS MEMBERSHIP included!!
📆 Contract: 13/09/2025-11/07/2026
💷 Rent: £8,392 (includes utilities, wifi, Edge membership, insurance)

Honestly I would have loved to stay here but I had a change of plans so I need a replacement student ASAP,
