Accommodation needed for Spring Semester - Study Abroad Tenancy Takeover

Hi,

I am studying abroad in the autumn semester in Malaysia from jan - sep.
I am looking for accommodation for when I return for the spring semester from Jan 22nd.
I am open to all properties near the University of Nottingham or Queens Medical Centre.

Are you still looking for a place? I'm looking for someone to take over my contract from January 2026 (flexible with the date). It's an ensuite room in Beeston (very close to Sainsbury's and high street)

The place is on Albion street (just behind Sainsbury's), an ensuite double room in a share house with 8 other people (everyone is very nice and respectful, I lived here since last year and I have no complains so far). There's two spacious kitchens and a communal living room. The rent is £155 a week (all bills included). Depending on circumstances, I might be able to offer a one off 'payment' discount (happy to discuss the sum in private :) ). If you'd like more details/pictures happy to share my email or whatsapp.
