Accommodation needed for Spring Semester - Study Abroad Tenancy Takeover

Hi,
I am studying abroad in Malaysia from sep-jan,
I am looking to take over someone's tenancy from Jan for the spring semester.
I am open to all properties near to the University of Nottingham or Queens Medical Centre.
Please reply if interested.

Hi! I'm doing the opposite of you - I am going to Malysia for the spring semester and need somoene to take over my tenancy. It is in Madison Gardens, Lenton. Two minutes to Lidl and can walk to University Park in 25 minutes, or there's a free hopper bus too that most people take. Contract is 149 per week will all bills included, contract until end of July. It's a townhouse with five other people, but the room is placed so that you have quite some privacy. It's my second year renting it because I like it so much.

Hi thank you for your message. It is a little out of my budget unfortunately as I'm looking at places for 110/ week.
