Tenancy takeover!

Hi everyone!

We're two female friendly, bubbly NTU students looking for two people for a tenancy takeover. We love to cook and are very neat, and enjoy interacting and meeting new people. We also love a drink at Spoons on occasion, though are not big partyers.

We're looking for someone similar to us, male or female is fine and both NTU and UoN students are welcome! Any age is fine also, but we'd prefer someone closer to our own age. We are also open to international students!

A few key points:
- bills come to around £15 a month
- 10 minute walk from Aldi/B&M/The Range
- Brilliant transport links
- Flowering banana tree in garden
- Very caring and understanding landlord
