Urgent Tenancy Agreement

Hi We are looking for one more person to fill our lovely 6 bed house in Lenton. The house is on Harrington Drive so perfect for anyone studying at the University.

• £580 a month including bills
-tenancy begins 15th July 2025
• sharing with 5 boys (studying finance, law, astrophysics)
• bills included in rent ( water, gas, electricity, TV license, Wi-Fi)
• 20 minute walk to Main campus
-14 minute walk from Queens Medical Centre
• 30 minute walk to town
• close to Tesco and Sainsbury’s
• close to The White Hart pub, Three Wheatsheaves and Rose and Crown

In addition anyone looking for a 6 person house and would like to enquire about taking over the tenancy for all occupants get in touch as well please
