Hi, we are looking for someone to fill the last room in our 6 bedroom house in Lenton. The house is on Sherwin Grove so perfect for anyone studying at the University of Nottingham or Nottingham Trent

• £590 a month including bills
-tenancy begins 1st July 2025
• sharing with 5 lovely girls (studying liberal arts, history and pharmacy)
• bills included in rent ( water, gas, electricity, TV license, Wi-Fi)
• Fortnightly Cleaning
• 20 minute walk to Main campus
-14 minute walk from Queens Medical Centre
• 30 minute walk to town
• close to Tesco and Sainsbury’s
• close to The White Hart pub, Three Wheatsheaves and Rose and Crown
