Tenancy takeover - Clarkson View, Woodhouse, 1st July 2025

Hi, I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy.

Property is on Clarkson View, Woodhouse (just over 1 mile away from Leeds Beckett Uni). It is a 5 bedroom property with the other tenants being 2 girls and 2 boys going into their second year at Leeds Beckett Uni.

Tenancy is handled by property agency (Central Properties), they require a "Deed of Assignment" .You will need to be a student, can provide a UK guarantor and pay £200 deposit. They can take people for viewings if interested.

Monthly cost is £456.25 (bills included) which is split into the following payments:

22/06/2025 - £420.00
22/07/2025 - £456.20
22/08/2025 - £456.20
10/10/2025 - £1368.75
10/01/2026 - £1368.75
10/04/2026 - £1368.75

Can move in from 04/07/2025 and move out by 30/06/2026.
