Incoming Master's Student looking for a room

Hi everyone, I (20 female) will – hopefully – be coming to study for an MA in Music and Wellbeing in 2025/26. I will be new to Leeds and would prefer to rent privately rather than with the university. I am very tidy and love to cook! My budget is ~£140/week. I have a really great room available for you for you! It's £105pw, it has washers/dryers/dishwasher/big lounge etc.

I'm a York student and the only reason I'm not staying here is that I can't really do the commute. The room is in Headingley.

Hi, I’m not sure if you’ve already found a room but I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 7 bedroom house in Headingley. It’s a really great spot and is only £125 a week.
