Nottingham Flat Available - Tenancy Replacement Needed for August

I need to find a replacement tenant as I am no longer going to be continuing my studies. The flat is located on North Sherwood Street and is only 0.38 miles from Nottingham Trent University.

- bills are £190 a week
- all inclusive bills and free internet
- ideal for both couples and individuals
- fitted kitchen with washer/dryer
- double bed
- popular student area

The flat is available to move into from the 12th August and is set at a fixed term of 50 weeks.
