Nottingham room availible- Tenancy Takeover needed for Autumn Term

I am going on a semester abroad for Autumn 2025 so am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for this period. The house is on Albert Grove and is perfect for a university of nottingham or Trent student.

-£689 a month including bills ( approx £159 a week)
- sharing with 7 lovely girls at UON and NTU (studying liberal arts and ancient history)
- 2 kitchens
- 3 bath/ shower rooms
- 4 WC rooms
- TV in all rooms
- bills included in rent ( water, gas, electricity, tv license, wifi
- monthly cleaning in communal areas)
- free fire stick
- 20 minute walk from university campus and Trent City campus
- 14 minute walk from Queens Medical Center
- 20 minute walk to town centre
- Close to Tesco and Sainsburys
- Close to The White hart, Three Wheatsheaves and Rose and Crown pubs
