Room available for autumn semester Nottingham UON

I am a UON liberal arts student going on a semester abroad for the autumn semester so looking for someone to take over my tenancy for this period. The house is on Sherwin Grove so perfect for anyone studying at the University of Nottingham.

- £533 a month including bills (approximately £133 a week)
- tenancy begins 1st July 2025
- sharing with 5 lovely girls (studying liberal arts and ancient history)
- bills included in rent ( water, gas, electricity, TV license, Wi-Fi)
- Fortnightly Cleaning
- 20 minute walk to Main campus
-14 minute walk from Queens Medical Centre
- 30 minute walk to town
- close to Tesco and Sainsbury’s
- close to The White Hart pub, Three Wheatsheaves and Rose and Crown
