01 private room NG8 1QA near gym, Lidl

Single room in a shared house with 2 people (female). Both are UoN MSc student.

- The house includes a bathroom, kitchen, washer,…
- Furnished room with single bed
- 2-minute walk to Lidl and 7 minutes to Jubilee Campus. It is very central to the city, gym, bus stop
- Share with 2 MSc students from UoN
- Price: 138£/week (bills included: wifi, gas, water, electricity)

I really love that house and my flatmates, but I am committed to 2 accommodation contracts, so…

The tenancy period lasts until August 2025, but you are not bounded to the contract, monthly paid required only.
