Large 2-bed apartment with parking available. As well as bus stops 1 minute away from the apartment complex. The room available is a large double bed. The bathroom is also large. The apartment complex has its own reception where delivery drivers can drop parcels off if you are out. The apartment is a 5-minute drive from the city centre, 10 to 15-minute bus journey to the centre of town. Ideal for NTU students like myself as it is one bus and a short walk to campus. 5 - 5-minute drive to Lidl and the local petrol station. There is also a pharmacy and corner shop within a 3-minute walk of the apartment. Council tax is unknown as I do not pay council tax as I am a master's student. All bills will be split 50/50 across the board, including broadband and contents/property insurance. Broadband is externally fast 1 GB download and upload speeds.

The property is managed by Haart Lettings Ltd, which is responsible for collecting rent and fixing any problems which may arise. You will have to go through a referencing process. Upon success and completion of contracts, you can move in straight away, the room is available from now.
