Beeston Urgent Room Takeover
Hi, I'm listing a room takeover for a flexible period anytime from towards the last week of December if needed, until max the end of August (I'm studying abroad for a semester in Japan so need somebody to take over my room for most of that timeframe).
Location: Beeston NG9 1PA, very close to train station, about a half hour walk to uni of nottingham university park campus. Also a bus stop very nearby.
Rent is at £557 a month, with bills at around £65 a month currently, although they will go back down to around £30 when it warms up.
The room is a single furnished room with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, storage etc. There is a shared bathroom just next to it shared with the room opposite.
The house is shared with 4 others, 3 boys 1 girl, and 3 of them are mature students. All Bsc. Everyone is very friendly and we keep on top of the cleaning with weekly rotas.
There's a big kitchen with living room, a washroom with another bathroom downstairs, and a little back garden.
