Landlord Training Events 2025

We are delighted to be able to offer sessions for 2025 with external speakers who are experts on topical housing issues as well as specialists from our in-house team.  Code landlords across the cities of Leeds, Bradford and Nottingham can join these sessions which provide opportunities to learn about the latest developments across the student housing sector.  Participants will always have the chance to ask questions, speak with and hear from other landlords.

Our landlord events are designed to prepare landlords for the many challenging situations they may encounter in student housing.  Unipol offers sessions which are relevant and  practical.  Through sharing knowledge, tips and tools, landlords can use the skills acquired to provide a great, high quality student accommodation experience.
